Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Some features are paid for with credits, which you can get through a subscription plan, a lifetime purchase, or one-time credit packages. Credits are digital goods: they are delivered to your account immediately after payment and can be spent right away on services that are performed at once (such as generating an invitation, editing an image, or applying a stylized photo effect).

• Credits you purchase through one-time credit packages do not expire. Monthly credits included with a subscription reset each billing cycle. Promotional credits (such as the free credits granted on signup) may carry an expiration date, which is shown in your account's transaction history.
• Credits that have been spent are not refundable, because the underlying service (AI generation, image processing) has already been performed and cannot be returned.
• If a payment is refunded, the unspent credits from that purchase are removed from your account, and features unlocked by that purchase may be locked again.
• Initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) instead of contacting us may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability
